Lead With light?
Lead with Light is an initiative that aims to equip current and emerging leaders with a reimagined approach to servant leadership.
Our ultimate vision is to grow and develop thousands of Leaders of Light to ignite a movement to see light, be light, and spread light in ways only each can.
THE CHALLENGES WE FACE
We are living in the most complex and challenging times in our nation’s history, and it’s evident in the statistics illustrated below. The challenges we face are so big that it often feels like there’s nothing we as individuals can do to solve them. But guided by the LIGHT framework, leaders have the power to illuminate a better path forward.

Our collective faith in the leaders who head up our once trusted institutions is at an all-time low of 26%.

of Americans regularly question their life's meaning or purpose.

of American adults and children don't meet the guidelines of 30 minutes of physical activity daily.
